3Booking and Appointments

4Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. The full service price will still apply.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, we may require a deposit for future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book appointments.
5Payment
Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Pricing
Service prices are listed on our website and in our salon. Prices are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our service prices and are appreciated at your discretion. Tips can be given in cash or added to your card payment.

We strive to provide a relaxing and professional environment for all clients. We expect all clients to:

- Arrive sober and in appropriate condition to receive services

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any client to leave if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or makes our team or other clients uncomfortable.
7Health and Safety
Your health and safety are important to us. Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your service.
If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment. We will waive any cancellation fees for health-related cancellations.
8Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
WHILE WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY BASED ON HAIR TYPE, SKIN TYPE, AND OTHER FACTORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMINA BEAUTY STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN QUESTION.
9Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
